Capture Reviews was started by Madwire Media, a large web design & internet marketing company located in Colorado, in order to help their eCommerce client base capture and validate more product reviews and testimonials. The need for consistent reviews was great for a huge percentage of Madwire’s clients. As a result, Madwire began offering services to help their client’s capture more reviews and testimonials by calling, emailing and sending online surveys to recent customers. Once the high scoring reviews were captured and validated, they were posted to the client’s website. This made capturing reviews easy for clients and, best of all, helped them see higher conversion rates, organic rankings on search engines like Google and Bing, more credibility and trust, and of course, an increase in sales! Capture Reviews was born.
